Hey y’all!

So my normal cycle is 5 days of light to moderate bleeding. Now it jumps around when it wants to start but it’s ALWAYS been 5 days. Well this one ended after 3 days. THREE. And it has been light the entire time! I was wondering if there were any causes as to why it might be shorter?

Other things to know that might help you guys know why it might be happening with me:

1) I’ve been super stressed lately. Like more than normal people’s amount of stress due to work, the boyfriend, and being really homesick. (We just moved 5 hours away from our hometown in August and it’s hitting us both hard)

2) due to the above reason, my depression has gotten worse.

3) we went on vacation last weekend (the weekend of the 31st) to a new elevation and climate when my period was supposed to start but it ended up being 5 days late.

4) The boyfriend and I only had sex twice last month; once with condom and once with withdrawal when we knew I wasn’t ovulating or anything else. Besides we are perfect with that method, it’s been our method of BC for almost a year now.
