i need help what is this i had this feeling on the side of my tongue & i decided to put my flash on & found this. I never had this before is it oral thrush.Like what is this😩😩

My boyfriend gets those sometimes when he eats or drinks too many acidic things. It’s like a kankersore just on your tongue.
