breasts feeling kind of empty

For some reason, earlier today my breasts felt EXTREMELY full. I pumped to see the most milk i’ve had since birth on 4/2/18 (a little over 3 oz in total) I began at 12. However since then I’ve been feeling empty. I pumped again around 2-3 and got less milk. I got a little under 2 oz in total. I know there is some milk there right now because there is a little tenderness but there’s a very noticeable difference in weight and tenderness. They feel light and not as sore. Did anyone else feel this?

edit: i pump and bottle feed with a hospital grade pump. baby was not latching on correctly sadly
