Diva cup tips?

I just bought a diva cup tonight, gonna use it for my cycle that should start in the next day or two. 
I'm super excited, but I was wondering if anyone who uses it has any beginner tips or advice for me, kinda nervous its gonna get stuck up there, haha!

Try looking in the group “menstrual cup users” I think that’s what it’s called. And organicup on YouTube put a very helpful video on it . My advice is to relax and find the right fold and be patient because it could take a while when you first try to use it . But also it might not just depends on how familiar you are with your body . When I used mine I was a virgin and barely used tampons so it took maybe 20 minutes to get in but once it did it was a lot easier . If you have one with the stem make sure it is in your vagina and not sticking out one time mine was out and it was like scraping the outside 😬. Well good luck!

i used to use soft cups for years its the same as the diva cup just disposable it took me a little to get used to it but when i first started using them i was a little unfamiliar with my cervix its not hard just takes practice and really messy so i warn you about taking it out at public restrooms because you wont be able to really wash up so of you go out youll def want to make sure its in right so no leakage however i loved them. i mostly use pads now because ive gotten lazy fighting with them after 2 kids my cervix just doesnt really agree with them anymore but good luck
