I've noticed this pattern since I've started charting -- my temps tend to hover around the high 97's for the first 4 days after O, and on the 5th day it rises to the mid 98's and stays there until a day or two before AF. Let's hope there's no drop this time! 🤞🤞

I started eating pineapple/pineapple core yesterday and will for the next few days... I feel so silly doing things like this, I don't know if I really believe it will help, but I'm willing to try anything 😂
