Anyone experiencing poor blood circulation on their last few weeks of pregnancy? Because mines worst! 😫😫😫 I cant hold my phone while laying in bed without feeling my arms so numb and without getting cramps all over my arms and fingers! 😫😫😫😫

Me! My hands were going numb and tingly at night, and are really sore and stiff in the day. It ended up being carpal tunnel. I’ve been to the physiotherapist and I have splints to wear at night which helps a little. Will hopefully resolve if this baby ever arrives! (40+4).

Yes! This! I have been taking daily epsom salt baths for my swollen feet, that helps overall circulation, however, when I lounge something inevitably falls asleep and I have to change position pretty frequently.
