Headaches

For the last week I've had these mild headaches that won't go away. I tried taking tylenol and that doesn't work. It's not my blood pressure, I've taken that this week and it's my normal low 100s for systolic. I thought maybe I was dehydrated and I've been drinking good amounts of water. That doesn't help either. Warm showers are a very brief fix. I have had a bit of a cold the last 2 weeks and my sinus are draining this week a little. I thought maybe it has something to do with that? I'm 25 weeks. I've never had headaches pre-pregnancy besides random occasions. Anyone else experiencing this?
