Trouble working out and eating healthy

Before I was pregnant, I was working out 6 to 7 days a week and eating a healthy low carb diet. I'm currently 7 weeks 4 days and I can't do any of that. I work full time so morning and evening workouts have been impossible because that's when I'm most nauseous and the only thing that seems to make me not want to be sick is carbs. Any tips on trying to get even slightly back on track? I'd love to even just get a few light workouts in a week without feeling like I'm going to pass out and be sick. Will this be easier after the first trimester?
