Allergies or pregnancy related?

Anyone else struggling with nasal congestion and allergy like sneezing? I’ve never been diagnosed with seasonal allergies but almost every night and sometimes throughout the day my congestion and sneezing is crazy. I feel like it started right before I found out I was pregnant and I forgot to ask my doc about it. Wondering if it’s pregnant related or just seasonal allergies but it’s driving me nuts... especially at night when I can’t breathe. Wondering if a humidifier would help? 🤧😣🤦🏻‍♀️
