Am I pregnant?!?!

I recently got my iud out and last sat and Sunday had unprotected sex (my fiancé is out of town and I got to see him for the weekend) my boobs are already heavy feeling and my nipples are super sensitive! Do you think I could have conceived? My boobs are never like this and I don't even remember it happening with our first baby...??? And how long do I need to wait to take the test? My periods are very irregular
