Midwife brew?

I’m 40+5 and am being induced Monday but I wanna go naturally! I’m 2cm dilated and soft but cervix was unfavorable. Got a sweep Thursday and lost some of my plug....thinking about trying a midwife brew but it has castor oil in it and I heard that’s bad? Any recipes I could use that have helped others?

I did the midwives brew @ 3pm and my water broke @ 7am the next day!

I was told Castro oil is safe and I just did the midwife’s brew three hours ago

Try epo, squats, walking, sex. i dunmo if i would risk castor oil... im getting induced wednesday 1cm and not favourable but also not soft... and im too scared to try anything with castor oil
