Been on my period for 2 months!! nonstop help!! :(

So okay i have PCOS, had it since i was 12 an im currently 22. This has happened to be before but hasn’t happened in sometime. I have been on my period for 2 months!! it started out with spotting for like 2 weeks then the day i was suppose to get my period i got it, it started out normal but when i saw weeks and weeks had past by i thought oh man not this again!! It’s hard i’ve ran through pads and tampons like nothing and wasting so much money on them!! last time for it to go away i was on birth control but i don’t want to be put in cause i’m ttc :( has anyone gone through this or have any advice or have taken anything to make it go away? please i’m literally desperate!
