On birth control

So I’m on birth control and lately my boyfriend and I have been wanting a baby really bad. Although I’m still on birth control because we are too scared to just jump off of it. We’re 20 and in college. We are very mature for our age and would be terrific parents. We are just so nervous I haven’t gone off of the pill. I don’t take it on time everyday and I miss them every once in a while. We have sex during my fertile window every other day and I’ve been having mid cycle spotting the last 2 months so my pill probably isn’t a high enough dose for me anyways. Almost hoping it just happens on accident, we’d be so happy. 😅
