False labor for days

I am feeling so defeated. Yesterday I had contractions all day. And today I woke up with a back ache and had contractions. Now I am feeling fine. Idk what to do 😭 I was at a 2 on Thursday and I think I have dilated more as I’ve lost more of my plug.

What do I do?!?
