Possible to have ur period when ur pregnant?

My bf and I had unprotected sex quite a few times and my birth control has been wearing off (on its third month) I am still spotting from the depo shot but I'm nauseous every single day and have very bad stomach pains. Could this just be the side effects of the shot wearing off or can I be pregnant while bleeding??
