please help

hi my last period was on 13th of March for 4 days then I had implant bleeding on 3rd 4th and 5th . also been feeling naseous headaches. sore and itchy boobs and lower back pain my bbt keeps raising then falling then rising. i have checked my cervix and they still high and soft.I ovalated on 27th March. my next af due if 3 days what could this mean
