Almost passed out

I was taking a shower today and then I started having trouble breathing, and my chest was heavy.. so I sat down and I couldn’t hear anything. I felt like I was going to throw up so I got up (shaking) and sat by the toilet about to pass out & throw up.. (and right before I got in the shower my period started)
