I NEED HELP ! I’m trying to lose weight and I weigh at the moment about 196 and I want to get to about 160 at least by end of May because I really don’t want to be over weight my last year of high school. Is it too unrealistic? Any advice, I know to ever skip breakfast, drink water, eat protein, leafy greens, and get 7-8 hours of sleep at night. I’m 16 btw. Any advice would be great!
