I always had a very heavy period in the last week of the month before my miscarriage. Afterwards I had no bleeding for 6 weeks then it came back suddenly in the last week of the month. It’s very light now though so watch out for changes.
Take a HPT around a month after to make sure your levels are at 0. If they are you can expect normal periods again soon after. If not then consult your doctor.

It took like 5.5 weeks for me to get my period back and I was 11weeks pregnant at the time. My levels dropped to 30 and they said no more blood was needed to be drawn. 
I read up on how to get your period to come back and I saw that increased vitamin C and hot baths can help. Also to just relax (easier said than done.) 
However I also know that right after a miscarriage it’s really easy for you to get pregnant. If you don’t get your period back here in the next week or so, I would either retest or call your doctor to see why your not starting your period.
