Exercises to get rid off “love handles”?
Since getting pregnant my sides well my whole stomach area has widened. I’ve lost all my pregnancy weight but have kept my sides.I’ve been exercising pretty regularly for awhile now and I can’t seem to flatten my stomach or get rid of my sides. My waist has gone down 2 inches but that’s about all. Does anyone have any exercises or any tips to get rid of them. I’m getting married in a few months and really want to look/ feel my best. I’m not looking for my body to be completely perfect but I would like a little improvement.
