advice please

Okays quick question and advice. ok soooo I didn't get my March period at ALL no I'm not pregnant since I'm not sexual active. I know some ladies are gonna say "go to the doctor" I have no insurance nor $200 for an appointment. okay so I've spoted the other day let's say about a week ago after that nothing nada. Till this day I haven't gotten my period and I've been feeling a little bloated and have mid cramping. I was told by a friend that I can have PCOS (I'm very paranoid now) I pray that I don't since I've had ovarian cyst history. please ladies any advice or maybe something or can be
