Is it implantion blood or wtffff lol

I had my period abnormal for about tw years this year it has corrected falling the 6-8 th but the last two period i ad brown spotting , my lmp was 3-8-18 through 3-10-18 . SUPER SHORT FOR ME I'm usually 5 days , it was bright and heavy then went away like nothing . So on the 31 i kept feeling like i peed myself but it was discharge. I took a dollar tree text x2 three nights ago but it's a BFN. I been having heart burn & food cravings and disgusts. Dizzy spells& irritated nipples ; i don't wanna assume pregnancy bc those are also some pms symptoms.
