Fertility tracking to avoid pregnancy?

Question

How long have you used Glow (or another app or charting system) to avoid pregnancy? I've used Glow (and my own hand written calendar) to track my fertile days and avoid pregnancy for 11 months now! Hoping to make it another two years before baby #3.

Yep ! I use glow to not get pregnant and withdraw . Has worked for me for 2 years so far . Before that I used condoms all the the time . If bf withdraws correctly and you track your fertile times ( if your regular) it's a pretty safe bet in my opinion

now that we put baby #1 on hold. I track my cm and cp to avoid pregnancy now as well as using the withdrawal method during my non fertile days.  fertility tracking is easy to do and its free.

Yes, tried bc 4 types in a 12 months, ecerything made me so sick.  Track my cm and it's extremely accurate.  Feels do much better off bc.  Using withdrawal method or conforms w the man.  Not fun bc I'm allergic to latex :/

I just started using glow to avoid pregnancy. My daughter is 2 yrs old, I'm hoping to wait at least another year before getting pregnant. :)

Hey hun I have been tracking for 8 months to avoid pregnacey never had a scare feel very confident I also cross check the app with my cervical mucuss so i can get an accurate reading i usually ovulate a day or 2 earlier then the app predicts which i know is true aswell cause my period will come abit earlier but i jist avoid sec anywere in the feetility time

I used glow to prevent my pregnancy as well for 18 months without bc.  I was surprised the method actually worked but I'm also lucky to have a regular cycle. When we did decide to try, it only took one month lol
