The reason I ask this is because this whole pregnancy I’ve never vomited. The first trimester I felt nauseous here and there but nothing more than that.

I have been having really really bad heartburn so I thought maybe that’s what caused it and it’s only happened once so far.

Just thought I’d ask on here before I called the hospital. I read somewhere online that random vomiting can be a sign of preterm labor (not sure if that’s true or not) but I am high risk for preterm labor anyway so this has got me slightly worried.

Unless it happens again though I don’t feel the need to call just yet.
