Ramzi theory accuracy?

Has this been accurate for many of you?

If I did the ramzi right my baby would be a boy.  My husband and I decided to wait until the baby is born to be surprised if it's a boy or girl.  When I went to my 38 week appointment this week the doctor accidently told me it's a boy.  I guess the ramzi was right for me but I'm still mad I waited 8 1/2 months and it was all ruined.

It's just a 50/50 guess. An old wives tale. For some it's accurate for others it's not.
