truthfully i have no symptoms other than sore nipples and sleepiness. i have been having brown spotting on and off . nothing really major but i am really scared this is my first pregnancy and i just want to go to the doctor and know that everything is okay. is it normal to have brown discharge? it ranges from watery to creamy. i went to pee and it looked like something stringy was in the toilet sorry for all the info but i just need to know if i am worrying for nothing?
