pinworms while pregnant

ok a little tmi for you today. i am about 9000% sure i have pinworms and the medicine for it says i cannot take it until 12 weeks, i am 11 weeks today. should i go ahead and take it?? are there home treatments that anyone can tell me about?? i am tired of waking up several times at night to itch my bum. thank you!!!
