Diet and Exercise advice.
I just found out im pregnant last week which is super exciting. Im 5 weeks today but my OB wont see me until may 10th.
I was dieting using a high protein, low Carb (less the 80g a day) diet. and doing HIIT workouts.
Does anyone have advice or workouts/Meal Plans they did during pregnancy that are safe for the baby? Thank you in advance! ☺☺
