Normal?

I’ve been sick the last few days. Thrown up a couple of times but not nauseous. Kinda lightheaded/weak and I have a weird headache. It doesn’t seem like normal pregnancy sick...I just wiped to this. Is this normal for 12 weeks? I’ve had very light brown spotting a few weeks ago but not like this... at my last ultrasound/checkup things looked good but she said my blood pressure was a little high but didn’t seem concerned. Could that make me feel like this?
