Find out gender ?

My anatomy scan is next month.  I have been going back and forth about whether or not to find out about the gender. I want to bond with the baby and say to myself my baby _______. But then again I want to find out at delivery I feel like that is more exciting !    Help   If we find out I was thinking about doing gender reveal at baby shower.

I found out for my daughter & the whole pregnancy was exciting, but the excitement about the gender was gone for me, almost as soon as I found out. We’re waiting this time and every time I think about not knowing, I get so so excited & cant wait for birth!

We haven’t told a soul except my CrossFit coaches. It’s nice having this to ourselves. We are keeping it secret until I bump or find out the gender, whichever comes first. 14 weeks today and 5.5 weeks until the anatomy scan.

I personally loved finding out and I loved that it was something just my husband and I shared together in that moment. It was just between the two of us, because we’ll, we made them! Also, we found out it’s twin girls and my husband needed some time to process because he really wanted a boy. We did a little gender reveal at our house with family over that night and by then he was better about having two girls haha. Plus I’m so excited to plan the nursery and buy clothes! There’s like zero gender neutral stuff! But also waiting until birth is special, it’s your choice!!
