Squeeze when you sneeze 🤧

Does anyone else have to squeeze or cross your legs so pee doesn’t leak out when you cough or sneeze? Currently have a cold and have been using panty liners like crazy. It is embarrassing!! I’m almost 30 weeks and it started a week ago. Baby loves to cozy up against my bladder 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
