I need opinions....

So me and my fiancé have been trying for almost 2 months now. I’m experiencing nipple enlargement, darkening, and tenderness along with mood swings, missed period, and always tired. This has been going on for a week now and idk if I should take a test or not. Can y’all help me? I don’t want to get my hopes up for nothing... so that’s y I haven’t taken a test yet.
