How often do you go to bed without taking a shower?

I take a shower every other night. It's actually not good for your hair to be washed every day. Now if I went swimming or was outside and got sweaty I would take one. But just a normal day when I'm working my desk job and then just coming home I only take one every other night.

I only shower in the morning. I'm just going to sweat and my hairs gonna get greasy while I sleep so I don't see the point in showering before bed.

Showering at night is relaxing and honestly I like the feeling of clean sheets and clean skin.

I shower every day, usually it's at night before bed after I do my (hygiene) face washing routine & brush teeth. Sometimes, I shower in the mornings to wake myself up. So often I'm taking 2 showers.

I do mine mid day I'm a SAHM so it really don't matter to me and if I'm going somewhere I'll shower before I leave but oh my gosh my husband takes two to three showers a day I'm always smh at him he showers before work to wake him up he showers when he gets home because he is dirty and if he can't sleep and has achy muscles from work he will shower at 3 am  all that showering can't be good on the skin

I washed my hair everyday becuz of swimming and waterpolo season and the chlorine was damaging my hair really bad. Now that I do thag everyday, my hair gets greasy really fast and I want it to stop.
