TTC month one ... baby dance ?

Ttc baby #2 actively this month. I started ovulating Friday according to glow and we baby danced Friday and Saturday. We missed today day 3 of ovulation because I worked all day and we got home he was asleep. Do any of you miss a day of baby dancing during your ovulation week?

Answer

You only really ovulate 1 day out of the month. Your fertile week just surrounds that day. Only by opk-ing, checking cervical fluid and temping can you really confirm when and if it happened. You’re fine as long as you’re having sex at lest every other day during your fertile period. Sperm can live on average 3 days in the female reproductive tract. You’re good if you missed a day. Just make sure to do it tomorrow.

I think we only bd twice the month we conceived. lol. I thought for sure we were out. sometimes it helps sperm if you do every other day anyways. I wouldn't stress over missing a day. 😊
