Cures for boob pain?

I'm 7 weeks and my boobs hurt everyday. It's bearable, and the cabbage thing just doesn't sound appealing. I was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions for how to ease the pain?

I sleep with a heating pad on mine when they hurt really badly.
