Tissue clots??

Are little blood/tissue type clots in your period blood a bad thing??

Hi, I have had clots that range from tiny (these are regular and happen during each cycle, especially if using tampons.) to the size of my fist. (these would happen regularly when I was having a flare of my endometrial hyperplasia.) Also, try to remember that menstruation is the discharge of blood and other materials from the lining of the uterus, so there is bound to be other material. However, if this is a NEW issue for you, if you are experiencing any other symptoms, or if your are just concerned, I Would definitely follow up with your doctor, it won't hurt and it will give you peace of mind! Hi. No I get these when my periods are heavy and when low in iron /haemoglobin.
