My ex is also my “baby daddy”. Been together for 3 years before breaking up and I’m nervous to say the least about getting back out there. Is it a bad idea to hook up together still?

I would say no. While it is fully within your right to have consensual sex with whoever you want, sleeping with your ex can have some consequences. When you are getting over someone, it is most helpful to give yourself time away from the person.

Took me 2-3 months to officially stop be physical after I broke up with mine. Its just like Damn the sex is still good, we just aren't good as a couple anymore.

I did it for a whole year...it was not a good idea and I just ended up getting hurt even though he told me loved me etc etc. Move on for yourself. Focus on you for awhile. You don't need a man to make you happy x
