Contractions?!
For the past hour I’ve been having this intense pressure/pain in my lower abdomen just below my bump. It comes and goes. Starts off easy and gets intense, then fades out. I do notice my bump tightening as well, but not each time. They don’t feel like period cramps to me though, which is why I’m not sure what they are. They do seem to be coming in regular intervals.
Could these be contractions?
