blood in infant poop ???

My 5.5 mo old is ebf.. tonight I noticed alot of brown specks all in her diaper.. I am super worried as I am worried it is blood. I do not know what could cause it. I do not have any bleeding from my nipples.

This evening at a cookout my MIL was giving her a few licks of sour creme, obviously sour creme has cows milk in it.. could this be any reason why?

Her ped is closed until tomorrow and in a wreck right now.
