Clomid cycle 2 cycle day 14 left lower abdomen pain

For the last few days I have been in so much pain in the lower left abdominal area. For instance if i cough, laugh or sneeze it feels like I could burst and I have to really recuperate myself afterwards. I’ve had to take the day off work to try get a doctors appointment but I’m sure this isn’t normal? Looking at my latest gynaecologist letter the last scan in 2012 showed the ovary cysts on the left were 1.64cm and the right 1.19cm. Am I describing ovarian pain?
