Missed period/ovulation

So I had a period Feb 28- March 2. I was supposed to start my period on March 30th according to the app. Well it’s April 9th and I still haven’t started and all pregnancy tests are negative. If I miss my period this month will I still ovulate? We are TTC and I don’t know how to calculate my fertile window with the missed period. Is it just a guessing game at this point? Ive never had a missed/irregular period since I was 15! Any info would help thank you!! And I got off birth control 5 months ago
