Hiya, 
Has anybody had any success with the herbal remedies to kickstart af after depo?
My last depo was Oct 17, and now I’m desperate trying to kickstart af and ovulation. I’ve been reading about the above herbal remedies which all seem to give positive reviews, but I want to hear it from somebody on here.

My depo ran out in Dec, and had no bleeds at all I started taking votes 2 months ago and iv just had my first proper af, not sure if it would have come later if I hadn't been on voted or not,

My last shot was June 2017 got my weird bleeding in January (I call it weird because it happend every few days I was spotting or bleeding like a period flow ) in February dr gave me a pill to take for 10 days got my period at the end of February and another one on March 12 started Vitex April 8 but I haven’t got a period for this month just spotting on and off for a week
