Yes!! We made it 5 days. It’s not hard but does take a lot of planning and time for food prep. I highly suggest Pinterest for recipe ideas. My favorite was the Thai lettuce wraps with almond butter sauce instead of peanut sauce. So good!!

I tried it !! But only did it for 3 weeks and got pregnant within that time and stopped lol but I lost 10 pounds in the first two weeks
