Blocked milk ducts

Pretty sure I have blocked milk ducts. My supply dropped dramatically over night yesterday. I have been trying to get it back. It hurts to pump. I took a shower today, and the water caused discomfort. My twins are 5 weeks old. So this sudden pain is new lol. I felt both breast, and the one, definitely has a lump. I have been pumping to the point my nipples go numb, and then I go an extra 10 minutes to try to unblock it. I have tried massaging. Anything else I can do to try to get it better? My twins don't latch every time so having them help unblock it might not be possible. Please help!!!
