How long does it take to see results from the gym if you are going 5 days a week?
I’m starting to go to the gym. I plan on spending 1 1/2 hours a day for 5 days a week. I am also changing my diets — mainly plant-based. I weigh 200 pounds and am 5’3. How soon can I expect to see results? I just don’t want to discouraged if I don’t see anything change right away. Here’s what my tummy looks like now (my main problem area. Everything else is fine. I’m focusing on abs and cardio, and throwing in a few arm and leg exercises daily).
