My LO is 16 months. During the 12 month appointment his doctor said "AT LEAST 16oz of whole milk a day" so I took it as a minimum and did 18-20oz a day.

During the 15 month check up she changed her mind and said "No more than 16oz a day.'' so now I take it as a Maximum amount.

So she got me a bit confused. I'm doing exactly 16 oz a day now. I'm curious what everyone else's doctor recommended for whole milk..
