So i was out with my mum picking up my sister from the train station and i didnt go to the toilet throughout the whole day then as soon as i got home i went to the toilet and screamed and cried and cried and cried. I really didnt want it but just like any other woman we have to go through it.

At age 14 it is very uncomfortable for new comers.

Can i have any info on how to make it easier ??
