Maybe too much sex?

I've just been the hospital as I thought I had a water infection and the doctors is shut. They've said they think it's the start of one but it never came up when testing my wee. I'm in agony. When I wee it hurts and only little bit of wee are coming out. I constantly feel like I need a wee and keep wetting myself. They've given me anti biotics. Could this be from too much sex?
