Age of period?

Question

What age did you start your period and how did it go?
I was 10, at my best friends house for the week because my mom was out of town. I was scared for the first couple days - crying and everything! I'm not quite sure why, but all I can say is that I definitely started early.

I started mine when I was 12 years old, luckily my school had a class about this so the girls had to go to a classroom and watch a video about this and we ended getting a bag of stuff like a pad, tampon, coupons for pads and tampons...luckily I was at home when I started mine so, I just yelled to my mom and she knew it would b around that time that I would start, so she took me to the store and bought me some pads, thankfully I had that pad that was in the one bag to hold me over til I got more, and I was calm really about the whole thing too

Lol. I actually liked my periods back then because I never got cramps ever. Then when I turned like 17 I started getting cramps. And I still get them. They're awful 😭

I was 10 and it was my last day of school. We were going on a field trip. For some reason I was excited about periods lol

I was 8 when I got my first period. Yeah I was an early baby, haha.
I bent down and it felt like I had just spilt something inside me (don't worry, I didn't). I didn't think anything of it and just carried on getting ready to go to Mc'Donalds with my parents, came home and it was pretty much all through my knickers. So that's my story.
The good thing about getting it that early was throughout high school my period had slowed down so I didn't have to worry about dancing and swimming. No one knew I was on mine. :)

I was 10, happened very suddenly! My parents had not discussed this with me yet because my sisters and my mom had started way later so they thought they had time! I remember just going to the bathroom one day and screaming because the sight of blood, I thought I was DYING!! My mom came in and burst into laughter...I, however did NOT think it was funny. Lol my mom sat down on the floor and told me everything. Being so young starting my period, all of it seemed so gross and I had no idea what it all meant!
