Breast pain!

My right boob since I can remember has had pain often due to scar tissue from surgery at birth. The scar and the indentation near it will hurt but it’s been a normal thing my whole life.

The last month or so, both but more so my right boob has had either burning pain and/or sharp pain a few times a day everyday. To where it’s becoming uncomfortable. I went to the doctor and she checked me and couldn’t feel any lumps. I am waiting for referral to be accepted so I can get an ultrasound done.

Has anyone had this pain before and is it something to worry about?

27, mom of a 13 month old. Had trouble breastfeeding. Even lack of milk coming from right breast. Assuming has to do with the scar tissue and I guess you can say damage to that boob
